At Zinnga.com, our priority has always been the satisfaction of our clients, for this we have a very easy return/exchange policy.
If you are not satisfied/happy with your purchase, you must inform us within 7 days from the date of receiving the package. We will validate your return/exchange request and only after we have authorized it, the product should be returned to us within 15 business days with condition intact.
If the product is sent back to us without our consent, return/exchange will not be accepted.
No returns/refund/exchange will be accepted for customized/stitched products. Return/Exchange of the product will be accepted only once. Jewellery and gift items cannot be returned.
We do not accept returns for products purchased in sales/discounts.
In case of defects, we may ask for a picture of the damaged product. After reviewing the picture, we may send you another piece of the same design.
There is an admin/credit card commission cost of Rs 150, which will be deducted for a refund. In case the refund is issued as a gift voucher, this charge will be waived off.
Shipping cost is non-refundable.
Return shipping is to be borne by the customer.
If you have ordered multiple products and we are unable to provide certain products from your order, you will be asked to select another product / take a store credit / the amount for only that particular product will be refunded.
For alterations, you can send the product back to us for which the shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
Refund for orders paid through credit/debit card : The amount will be credited back into the credit / debit card in 7 to 9 working days.
Refund for orders paid through net banking accounts: The amount will be credited back into the bank account.
Refund for all other modes of payments: We will send a cheque ( for the amount that has to be refunded ). The name and address that we will use will be the same as the one mentioned at the time of placing the order.
Refunds will only be accepted
1) Within 24 hrs of placing the order provided the goods have not been dispatched through
2) In case wrong Item has been sent to you and we are unable to replace the same with the one that you ordered.
